If you choose to proceed with a purchase via Paytm or other third party payment service provider then you: (1) agree to review and be bound by Razorpay's or such other third party payment service providers terms of use and privacy policy; and (2) you acknowledge that you may need to hold, or register, an active account in order to complete a product purchase. We are not responsible or liable for any activities or conduct of razorpay (or such other third party payment service provider), and you agree to hold us harmless, and expressly release us, from any and all liability arising from or in connection with any products that are offered for sale and purchased via the Site.
We use Razorpay for processing payments. We/Razorpay do not store your card data on their servers. The data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) when processing payment. Your purchase transaction data is only used as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is not saved. Our payment gateway adheres to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
